Nina Corniel, An Amazing Upcoming Talent

Introducing the AMAZING Nina Corniel! 

Originally from Cabarete, Dominican Republic, Nina has just turned 18! 

Kiteboarding is in her family blood – her brothers Adeuri Corniel, Ariel Corniel and Kelvin Corniel (Optimal Kitesurfing Center Cabarete) are all champion kiteboarders, and they inspired their little sister to get kiting a couple of years ago, when she was 16 years old. 

Nina’s first kite was an 8m SPLEENE Kiteboarding gift from Kelvin. Her 2nd kite was a 9m Roberto Ricci Designs (RRD), a gift from Adeuri. 

Nina is a freestyle kiteboarder and has competed already in the Dominican Nationals, the MaiTai and Cabarete Kite Festival! 

Nina’s message for everyone in the group “We all need to fight for what we want in life, to make our dreams come true!”
