Cayo Guillermo, Cuba, is an incredible kite spot, forever flat and shallow, with tons of space for everyone across the channel.   We stayed in Sercotel, a budget resort specifically targeting the kitesurfing community. Sercotel is the best located resort on the Cayo as access to the massive flats and shallows across the channel is only a few minutes from the launch zone.  Cayo Guillermo and Sercotel are very popular with French Canadians and Russians.  However, everyone will feel at home.
