PARAWING FOILING PROGRAM

Lessons include use of specialized advanced F-One Frigate & Quest parawings, F-One Seven Seas and SK8 foils and F-One Free Surf mid-length boards.

The GOAL of para-winging is to catch, collapse and store the wing, and then surf-foil waves, connecting waves, until the power of the waves runs out, then release and power up the parawing again.

Riding with the parawing on its own is also fun.

Surf-foiling is highly technical, very advanced – so you are encouraged to participate in our Advanced Foiling Program to supplement your parawing lessons and sessions.

Parawing Foiling Program (HeyDay WT-2 boat support included)

• • Basic parawing handling: control and pumping.
  • Advanced parawing handling: catch and release.
  • Protected water board starts.
  • Jibing with parawing.
  • Tacking with parawing.
  • Upwind Lake Ontario big wave and swell starts.
  • Continuous close coaching from the boat.
  • Ride as far as you want in any direction – we pick you up after.

Advanced Foiling Program (highly recommended):

• • Basic tow-starts with our HeyDay WT-2.
  • Advanced wave riding with our HeyDay WT-2.

Our HeyDay WT-2 is a PURE wake-making machine. We can customize the wake for all levels, from a small rolling swell to shoulder-high breaking wave!

2026 early bird pricing: $250/hr + HST, 2 hours minimum. Buy a 10-hour package for $2500 + HST, get more hours for free.  Prices go up in June!
